As a bariatric patient, my mission is to assist others who are contemplating bariatric surgery in understanding the new relationship with food post-surgery. Cooking after bariatric surgery was one of my greatest fears during the process, and I know hundreds of people feel the same.
I create easy-to-follow recipes that won’t cause you to feel guilty while also being in line with a typical bariatric program. Finding your healthy middle ground is a must and if you’re reading this, I hope you find comfort knowing you are not alone. Many of us struggle with our weight, our diets, and our opinions of ourselves.
