Container size and what's included. This bundle uses the smaller 1-cup BariBowl (Phase 3 / maintenance portions) and adds the BiteSized cookbook; the Starter Bundle uses the original 1-cup BariBowl (early post-op portions) and includes the insulated lunch bag instead.
