We are a small business operation in a niche we love to serve. That being said, we are not Amazon and we are not Walmart

No lengthy forms, no lengthy wait. Our support team is real people who understand that for a post-op patient, the wrong ingredient or a damaged delivery can disrupt an entire week of eating.

What we cover

Full reship or credit

Quality issues

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery for any of the following:

  • βœ“ Damaged, leaking, or spoiled ingredients
  • βœ“ Box arrived warm (gel packs fully melted, ingredients above 45Β°F)
  • βœ“ Missing ingredients or meal components
  • βœ“ Incorrect items delivered (wrong phase, wrong recipe)
  • βœ“ Items past their use-by date at the time of delivery

We'll reship the affected items at no charge or issue a full account credit β€” your choice.

Credit or refund

Subscription issues

  • βœ“ Charged for a box you skipped that we failed to process: full refund within 5–7 business days.
  • βœ“ Charged after cancellation: full refund within 3 business days.
  • βœ“ Charged incorrectly (wrong plan or quantity): corrected and refunded within 5 business days.

What we cannot refund

Because our products are fresh and perishable, we can't accept physical returns or refund in these situations:

  • βœ• Change of mind after delivery when the box arrived fresh and correct.
  • βœ• Meals that didn't suit personal taste (try our 5-meal starter plan first).
  • βœ• Damage from improper storage after delivery (e.g. left unrefrigerated over 2 hours).
  • βœ• Issues reported more than 72 hours after delivery.

Subscription management

Skip a week

Skip any upcoming delivery from your dashboard up to 5 days before your delivery date. Skips are unlimited.

Pause

Pause up to 3 months at any time for a medical event, travel, or recovery. Your phase and preferences are saved.

Cancel

Cancel anytime β€” no fees, no minimums. Takes effect the following billing cycle; remaining boxes still ship.

Reactivate

Paused or cancelled members can reactivate anytime. Your phase history and preferences are remembered.
