We are the people we serve.
BariBowl began at a kitchen counter three weeks post-op, with a problem nobody had solved yet.
"I'd just had my sleeve. I was staring at a cupboard full of containers that were all the wrong size."
Nothing fit the way I had to eat now. Portions were suddenly tiny, protein had to come first, and water needed to be sipped — not gulped. The tools I owned were built for a stomach I no longer had.
So I started making my own: a portion-sectioned bowl that took the guesswork out of every meal, and a bottle that paced my water so I stayed comfortable. Friends from my support group asked for one. Then their friends did too.
Today BariBowl is sold all over the world. I'm very proud to be apart of people's solutions for a problem I've struggled with all my life.

Built on lived experience.
Every decision we make runs through three questions.
Patients first, always
We don't ship anything we wouldn't use ourselves at our most vulnerable stage. Lived experience is our product spec.
Honesty, not hype (maybe a little hype.. but that's okay)
No miracle claims, no fear-selling. Just tools and guidance reviewed by dietitians and grounded in evidence.
Less guesswork
Recovery is hard enough. We take on the time-consuming parts of eating well so you can focus on healing.
You're not doing this alone.
Thousands of patients sharing wins, setbacks, and what actually works — moderated by our team.
"This community got me through the soft-foods weeks when I wanted to give up. The recipes and the honesty here are everything."
"I came for the bowl, I stayed for the people. Nobody else gets why hitting 60g of protein feels like a marathon some days."
"The live classes feel like cooking with friends who happen to know exactly what your stomach can handle. Game-changer."
