Ingredients

  • 1 ¾ - 2LBS ground chicken or turkey
  • 4 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Lowry's Seasoning Salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Asiago cheese
  • Zesty sprouts for garnish
  • Pretzel rolls for serving
  • ½ cup hot sauce
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • ¼-½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

Directions

Step 1: Preheat

Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).

Step 2:Prepare the Chicken Mixture

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, minced garlic, Lowry's Seasoning Salt, eggs, Panko breadcrumbs, and grated Asiago cheese. Mix until well combined.

Step 3:Shape the Patties

Shape the mixture into meatballs and flatten them into slider patties. Place the patties on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Step 4:Bake the Chicken Sliders

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown. While the chicken sliders are cooking, prepare the wing sauce by combining hot sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and red pepper flakes in a small saucepan. Heat on low, stirring occasionally, until fully combined. Remove the cooked chicken sliders from the oven and brush each patty with the prepared wing sauce. Assemble the sliders by placing a chicken patty on the bottom half of a pretzel roll, topping with zesty sprouts, and drizzling with additional wing sauce if desired. Cover with the top half of the pretzel roll. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious Chicken Wing Sliders!
