Ingredients
- 10 Peeled Carrots
- 1⁄2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
- 3 Tablespoons Black pepper
- 3 Tablespoons Smoked Paprika
- 2 Tablespoons Salt
- 1⁄4 Cup Olive Oil
Directions
Step 1:
Clean and peal some carrots.
Step 2:
To save some time, I'm carving these up in my mandolin.
Step 3:
Gently toss the carrot fries in the oil.

Sprinkle on the cheese and mix to coat before spreading on them in a single layer on a silicon mat or parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Step 5:
Roast in a a preheated 425F/220C oven until tender and lightly charred (about 16-20 minutes) mixing half way through. Jar up the rest for later!
