  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Cup Chicken broth, low- sodium
  • Salt and black pepper

Directions

Step 1:

Melt the butter in a medium saucepan. Add the garlic and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently for about 3-5 minutes.

Step 3:

Next I’m blending this up into a nice puree because well we’re during puree- hooray puree!

Step 4:

Season with salt and pepper, top with optional Parmesan and parsley, and serve warm. Soft does not have to suck
