Directions
Step 1:

Step 2:
While those are boiling, Let's fry up our filling- remove the skin from your onion
Step 3:
Chop your onion and get it into a hot frying pan- we're going to brown these up. Add soy sauce and brown sugar to the mix
Step 4:
While your onions are frying let's pull the potatoes out of the water- You're going to slice these in half and remove a good chunk of potato from the middle.
Step 5:
Place your potatoes onto a baking sheet covered in tin foil or parchment paper. We're going to fill each potato with the onion filling we fried up. Garnish with Thyme and parmesan cheese and enjoy!
