Directions

Step 1:

First, take a baby gold potato and make small slices down 3 quarters of the potatoes- bonus tip- use a dowel to make consistent slices without cutting threw the potato Look at those nice clean cuts

Step 2:

Next grab some olive oil and give that spud some love! Slice up some extra sharp cheddar. This is what you want the cheese to look like Top with a little salt and pepper and toss that in the oven at 400lbs for 40 minutes.

Step 3:

Place your cheese in between your potato slices and get that back in the oven for another 10 minutes

Lastly, top with some green onions and sour cream and enjoy!
